王宏淼：中国社会科学院经济研究所研究员，中国社科院大学经济学院教授、博士生导师，兼任中国社科院上市公司研究中心副主任。中国人民大学经济学博士（2005），中国社科院经济所博士后（2007），美国哈佛大学费正清中心访问学者（2012-2013）。2018年3月至2020年10月借调外交部，任中国驻欧盟使团（布鲁塞尔）外交官、经济专家。研究兴趣为国际宏观经济与金融、经济增长与国家发展等。近年从事多项国家社科基金重大招标课题的研究与中央、省市课题的政策咨询工作，撰写内部要报，发表出版《全球失衡下的中国双顺差之谜》、《中国经济增长前沿II》、《厦门降成本评估与政策研究》等多部独著、合著及系列论文、评论。

　　WANG Hong-miao: Senior Fellow at Institute of Economics, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (IE-CASS); Professor (doctoral supervisor) of University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (UCASS); also the Deputy Director of“CASS Research Center for Listed Companies”. From July 2012 to Aug 2013, Professor Wang was sponsored by CSC as a visiting scholar of Fairbank Center of Harvard University. From March 2018 to October 2020, he was seconded to Chinese Foreign Ministry, assigning as a diplomat and economic expert of The Chinese Mission to the EU (Brussels).

　　Professor Wang received PhD in Economics (RUC, 2005), pursued Postdoctoral research (2005-2007) and then as a formal staff at IECASS to now. His research interesting mainly focuses on international macroeconomics and finance, economic growth and national development, etc. These years, he has completed several State Social Sciences Funded Theory Research Projects, and Policy Research Projects assigned by central government and local governments. His works include “China's BOP Dual-Surplus and Loop under the Global Imbalance” (China Social Sciences Press (CSSP), 2012), “Theory Frontier of Chinese Economic Growth (II)” (CSSP, 2011), “Policy Study and Evaluation on The Xiamen’s Costs Cutting” (Social Science Academic Press (SSAP), 2017), and series of papers.
